How it works
From first hello to full bloom
Once you enquire, here's how we bring your flowers to life — step by step.

Getting to know you
- Please give us as much information about your big day as possible: your wedding date, venue, the quantity of floral items, your budget and your vision.
- Bonus points if you send us your Pinterest board or inspo images!

Initial quote
- We'll share more insight into your floral requirements, based on our expertise and experience.
- Once we've received enough details of your wedding and if we're available, we'll create an initial quote for you.

Booking fee
- If you're happy with the initial quote and want to go ahead with us, you can save the date with a $100 non-refundable booking fee.
- Once the booking fee is paid, your date is temporarily secure until we send a final quote.

Consultation & final quote
- We offer you a complimentary consultation to discuss your order in detail or adjust the initial quote.
- Once your order is finalised, we'll propose the final quote (including the required deposit and terms).

Deposit
- We can hold your date for 7 days after the Final quote is sent. After this time, your date is no longer secure without receiving your Deposit.
- Once the Deposit is received, your date is officially locked in! (the Deposit is 50% of the total cost, minus the Booking fee already paid.).

Final balance & completing order
- Two months before your wedding day, we'll touch base with you.
- Your final balance is due one month prior to your wedding day.
- Floral Diary will have your order ready to be picked up or delivered.
